Eric Harley is an expert of plumbing design with thirty-four years of experience in engineering for major projects in Southern California.  In addition to his plumbing design knowledge, Mr. Harley has managed multi-million dollar projects requiring skill in master planning and cost control, as well as intricate plumbing systems coordination across disciplines.

Mr. Harley has designed systems for a diverse range of facilities including corporate offices, manufacturing, retail, restaurants, law enforcement facilities, and amusement parks.  His area of specialization, however, is in hospital and laboratory plumbing systems design.  His portfolio of healthcare work includes dozens of the finest public, private and university hospital campuses in California.

An advocate of sustainability, Mr. Harley has designed and specified sustainable plumbing solutions for a variety of Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) projects.  His experience also includes proficiency in California Building and Plumbing Codes, with significant familiarity with regulatory agencies, including The Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD), Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).
