Mr. Camacho is responsible for plumbing and fire protection systems design. He has over 20 years’ experience in plumbing design and construction, and over 10 years’ experience in fire protection design. He has designed a comprehensive range of plumbing systems such as: sanitary waste and vent, industrial waste and vent, domestic cold water, natural gas, storm water and compressed air. He has also designed a comprehensive range of fire protection systems such as: hydraulic and seismic bracing calculations, standpipe, fire pump, pre-action, deluge, fm200, sprinkler and piping design. Some of the types of projects that Mr. Camacho has worked on are: educational, commercial, healthcare, government (federal and state) and municipal facilities.
Mr. Camacho’s additional responsibilities include the research and application of building, plumbing and fire protection codes to develop design criteria, scope and construction documentation.
He also has experience in preliminary design, construction documentation, calculations, equipment document review and punch list observations. He has significant expertise in educational, commercial, residential and office design, facility surveys and assessments.
Mr. Camacho’s experience lies with the design of various facilities, where the projects are required to be reviewed and approved by the various agencies. Working in close coordination with these agencies, he communicates with them throughout the development of the contract documents, submission for their review and during construction administration, and meeting all their requirements.
