With a staff of over seventy professionals and four offices, PBS offers a range of engineering services that include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology integration, and high performance design.  PBS differentiates itself through a commitment to quality design, constant communication and responsiveness to client needs. 

With combined experience of over one hundred years, the founding principals shared a vision to provide excellence in MEP design, a value that remains at the core of the firm today.  With a cohesive team of highly qualified engineers, supported by CADD and BIM technology, PBS assures its clients of individualized and quality engineering services.

It is the uncompromising dedication to serving clients that has gained PBS the privilege to work in diverse market segments.  The firm is extremely proud of multiple projects at Los Angeles International Airport (part of Los Angeles World Airports), including the new Midfield Satellite Concourse and Automated People Mover, both in progress.    PBS also engineered MEP for the recently completed renovation and expansion of Westfield Century City (LEED Gold), as well as other commercial projects.   Engineering for educational facilities continue with the Los Angeles Unified School District, in addition to new K-12 and higher education campuses throughout Southern California.  Healthcare, municipal, and residential projects round out the PBS portfolio.
