Noe Portilla has over thirty years of experience in design engineering and construction. Mr. Portilla has designed a comprehensive range of mechanical systems, including heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC), fire protection, and healthcare plumbing systems. His experience includes aviation, commercial, institutional, educational, healthcare, federal government, state government, military, municipal facilities and residential projects. He worked overseas in the site engineering office and participated in the construction of two unit boiling water reactor power plants.
As supervisor of the Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Departments, Mr. Portilla directs the Mechanical and Plumbing project teams and oversees all design initiatives. He is involved in all phases of design, project coordination and construction documentation. Additionally, Mr. Portilla manages the firm’s Quality Control Program and its implementation on every project.
Mr. Portilla is experienced in facility surveys, fire protection system design, technical evaluations, energy audits, and feasibility studies for various energy conservation and alternative energy systems. Mr. Portilla has effectively managed numerous complex energy conservation projects.
