A seasoned mechanical engineer with sixteen years of experience, David Ng has a broad range of experience in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. Before joining PBS, Mr. Ng spent many years working in the cooling tower industry where he was involved with domestic and international sales, project management, applications engineering, design and drafting and technical translation.
Mr. Ng serves as a project manager and engineer for a range of facility types. Currently he is a lead engineering on the 380,000 sf renovation of the Westfield Century City Mall. Additionally, Mr. Ng manages the design of various commercial improvement and healthcare upgrade projects.
In addition, Mr. Ng has conducted demand response site assessment under the Technical Assistance and Technology Incentives Program (TA&TI), sponsored by Southern California Edison. He has also acted as a Field Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the final construction and commissioning process of cogeneration plants built at high schools that required cooperation with San Diego Gas and Electric (SDG&E) and San Diego Air Quality Management District (SDAQMD).
