Mr. Perez
has over 18 years of diversified experience in the development
and design of lighting and power distribution. This
experience includes fire alarm systems (both manual
and automatic), data networking systems, television
systems, intercom systems and intrusion alarm systems
related to institutional, educational, amusement parks,
shopping centers, military, government, health care,
commercial facilities and places of worship. His responsibilities
include all aspects of electrical design and supervision,
as well as many aspects of electrical engineering and
construction coordination.
Mr. Perez’s extensive experience includes feasibility
studies and utility master planning studies. It also
includes communications and signaling systems, fire
alarm and detection systems, interior and exterior lighting
design and low-voltage power distribution systems

Mr. Perez
has designed electrical systems for new high schools,
middle schools and elementary schools. In addition,
he is fluent in working with all local governing agencies,
including the Division of State Architect (DSA) planning
and local City plan checkers. He communicates with them
throughout the development of the contract documents,
submission for their review and during construction
administration, meeting all their requirements.
Mr. Perez has designed electrical systems
for hospital areas such as ICU/CCU suites, surgery rooms,
cardiac catheterization labs, same day surgery rooms,
emergency rooms, and neonatal intensive care units for
many leading medical institutions in Southern California.
